The core of extending the service life of mining machinery lies in scientific management, standardized operation, and systematic maintenance. Preventative measures significantly reduce the failure rate and wear rate.
Implement a Full-Cycle Maintenance System
Daily maintenance cannot be neglected. Conduct three checks before and after each shift:
Before operation, check oil and water levels, instrument displays, and fastener condition;
During operation, listen for abnormal noises and observe for abnormal temperature and vibration;
After operation, clean the radiator and chassis of mud and dirt, and replenish lubricating grease.
Strictly adhere to the regular maintenance cycle. Develop a maintenance plan based on the equipment manual, focusing on:
Replace the air filter and oil filter every 250 hours;
Replace the hydraulic oil and filter every 1000 hours, and clean the oil tank;
Conduct a comprehensive overhaul annually, inspecting the wear of key components such as gears, bearings, and hydraulic pumps.
