Well Drilling Bit

Well Drilling Bit

Well Drilling Bits Real Version The Problem
You're drilling and the bit wears out fast. Or it doesn't cut through the rock at all. Standard bits are either too soft or too hard for what you're actually drilling.
We make PDC bits for soft rock, DTH bits for hard rock, and custom bits when neither works.

What We Make

PDC bits Shearing action. Fast in clay, sandstone, soft limestone. Wears out quicker but drills fast.

DTH bits Crushing impact. Granite, basalt, hard quartz. Slower but lasts longer. Works with DHD, SD, QL, Mission, BR shanks.

Custom bits Your geology doesn't match standard products? We design it. Different face angle, different carbide layout, whatever you need.Well drilling bit can fit it.

Why Ours Last Longer

Virgin tungsten carbide, not recycled. Premium alloy steel. Heattreated properly. Ultrasonic tested for internal cracks before it ships.

Result: 2030% longer lifespan than standard bits. Costs more upfront, saves money over time.

Real Talk About Choosing

Soft to medium rock (clay, sandstone, limestone)? PDC. Shears through fast.

Hard rock (granite, basalt, quartz)? DTH. Crushes it. Slower but won't break.

Not sure? Tell us your formation. We'll recommend which one actually works.

Custom Bits-Our Real Strength

Standard products don't fit every job.

Different shank than DHD380 or Mission 60? We support DHD, SD, QL, Mission, BR. Custom shanks too if you send specs.

Need a specific face design? Concave for straight holes in mediumhard rock. Convex for speed in soft rock. Flat face for extreme hardness and abrasion.

Your geology is weird? Send us your formation data. We design a bit that works for it.

Small batch or prototype? We do it. Test onsite, then scale up.

Real Questions

Q: PDC or DTH-which one?

A: PDC shears, DTH crushes. Softtomedium rock = PDC. Hard rock = DTH. Formation type decides it.

Q: Can you make a custom bit?

A: Yeah. That's what we're good at. Send drawings, formation data, or a worn sample. We'll design an improved version.

Q: What shanks do you support?

A: DHD, SD, QL, Mission, BR. Custom designs available if you give us hammer specs.

Q: What face design should I use?

A: Concave keeps holes straight in mediumhard rock. Convex for speed in soft rock. Flat face for extreme hardness and wear.

Q: How long do your bits actually last?

A: 2030% longer than standard market bits. Depends on formation and how hard you push.

Q: How do you test quality?

A: Virgin carbide, premium steel, heat treatment, ultrasonic testing for internal defects. Every bit gets checked.

Q: Do you do small orders?

A: Yeah. Prototypes, small batches, whatever you need.

Q: What if the bit fails?

A: Manufacturing defect, we replace it. Normal wear, that's on you.

Who Should Buy

Contractors drilling regularly. Mining operations. Anyone tired of bits wearing out or not cutting through rock. If you're doing oneoff shallow wells, standard bits work. If you drill often or in hard rock, custom bits save money.
