Judging the quality of water well machinery requires a comprehensive evaluation from multiple dimensions, including appearance and workmanship, core component performance, operating status, sealing, energy efficiency, and brand after-sales service.
Appearance and Structural Details
Shell and Workmanship: High-quality equipment has a smooth surface, free of cracks or obvious scratches, with flat and firm welds, and proper rust prevention treatment for metal parts.
Labels and Information: Products from reputable manufacturers have clear labeling, including complete information such as brand, model, power, voltage, and serial number, and the packaging is standardized.
Structural Assembly: All components are precisely aligned, screws are evenly distributed, and there are no loose or misaligned parts, reflecting the overall assembly precision.
Core Component Inspection
Motor Performance: Use a multimeter to measure the motor's resistance and insulation performance to ensure there are no short circuits or leakage.
After startup, the machine runs smoothly without abnormal humming or vibration, and the current value is within the rated range.
Pump Body and Impeller: Manually rotate the coupling to check for smooth operation and any jamming. Check the impeller for deformation and wear, and ensure the pump body is smooth and free of sand holes.
Hydraulic System (Applicable to hydraulic drilling rigs): Observe the hydraulic motor and cylinders for smooth operation and for any oil leaks or seepage.
The hydraulic telescopic frame should extend and retract freely, and the chain should be of uniform thickness and properly tensioned.
