Water Well Roller Cone Drill Bit
Whether you're drilling for water, mining, piling, or geothermal—if the ground is hard, abrasive, or just plain unpredictable, we'll give you a bit that matches the job. Our focus is simple: bring down your cost per meter, without cutting corners on safety.
Our Water well roller cone drill bit are designed to stay stable and drill fast, especially when the formation gets nasty. We don't just sell bits; we figure out what works for your specific conditions.
Three series, depending on what you need
1. Need to chew through hard rock fast? Go with our High-Performance series (TCI & Steel Tooth)
The inserts are tungsten carbide (TCI) or high-grade alloy steel-nothing cheap here.
The bearing seal uses high-saturation nitrile rubber with a pressure compensator. Basically, it helps the bearing last longer.
Tooth placement is optimized for one thing: Rate of Penetration (ROP) in hard rock like granite or limestone.
2. Got a weird formation or a custom design? We'll make a "Special-Shaped" bit for you
Send us a blueprint or just describe what you're drilling through. Our engineers will build a bit around it.
If the formation is super abrasive or unstable, we adjust the gauge protection and geometry to keep the bit from wearing out early.
3. Tight budget and simple drilling? Grab our Economy series
This one strips out the over-engineering. You still get a reliable bit, but you're not paying for features you don't need.
Perfect for shallow wells, soft formations, or any project where the main goal is to keep costs down.

A few questions people actually ask
Q1: I'm not sure what's down there. How do I pick the right bit?
A: Just tell us what kind of rock you're dealing with, or send a geological report. We'll match the tooth shape and bearing type to your formation.
Q2: I need a non-standard shape for a special project. Can you guys do that?
A: Yes. That's literally what our R&D team does. Diameter, tooth arrangement, gauge protection-we can customize it to your specs.
Q3: Budget is really tight. Do you have a lower-cost option?
A: Absolutely. That's exactly what the Economy series is for. It gives you a solid bit at a much lower price, especially for shallower wells or softer ground.
Q4: Will your bits fit on my international rig?
A: Yes. Everything is made to API standards. We use standard API Regular threads, so they'll fit your drill pipes without any hassle.
Q5: What's the lead time for custom or bulk orders?
A: Standard sizes are usually in stock-3 to 7 days. For custom "special-shaped" bits or large volumes, expect about 15 to 25 days.
