We removed the delicate internal valves. Why? Because grit and dust always find a way into the air lines. A valveless system
means fewer parts to snap and a much faster penetration rate (ROP) even when the air isn't perfectly clean.
Hardened "Anti-Wear" Casing
The outer cylinder is treated with a specialized hardening process. It's tough enough to scrape against borehole walls for weeks without thinning out or bursting under high pressure. Plus, the threads are machined to break out easily, so you won't need a blowtorch to change your bit.

Q: Will it fit the bits I already have?
A: Yes. We use industry-standard shanks like DHD, QL, and SD. If your bit shank matches the hammer series, it will slide right into our Well drilling impactor and lock up without any gaps or air leaks.
Q: My compressor is old. Will this still work?
A: Our high-pressure series likes 15-25 bar. If your compressor is struggling at 10-12 bar, tell us before you order. We can swap the internal piston weight so you still get a decent strike without needing a $100,000 compressor upgrade.
Q: What if I hit a high-pressure water table?
A: There's a heavy-duty check valve in the top sub. The moment you kill the air to add a rod, the valve snaps shut. This stops dirty water and sand from "back-flooding" into the hammer and grinding down the seals.
Q: Is it easy to fix in the field?
A: That's the whole point of this design. You can swap out the O-rings or check the piston on the back of your truck. We sell simple "rebuild kits" so you don't have to guess which parts you need.
Q: How fast is shipping?
A: We keep the 4", 5", and 6" models boxed and ready. Usually, we can have them at the port in 7-10 days. If you need a weird custom thread for your rig, give us about 3 weeks to machine it.
